About the facilities
For those with children
Baby rest room
There are two baby rest rooms in the building, each equipped with a hot water sink and a nursing room.
Men are not allowed in the nursing room.

There is one on each floor.

It is equipped with purified water and hot water for preparing formula.
Barrier-free access
The building employs universal design to ensure that all guests can enjoy themselves in comfort and safety.
Multipurpose toilet for ostomates
There are a total of three ostomate-friendly multi-purpose toilets in the building.

It is designed to be wheelchair accessible.
Moving around the building
There are gentle slopes and elevators connecting the upper and lower floors in various locations. Wheelchairs are also available for rental (free of charge), so please ask a member of staff.

Advance reservations are not possible and numbers are limited.

There are ramps and elevators so you can easily move around while pushing a wheelchair or stroller.
Those with a disability certificate
Those who present a disability certificate and one accompanying person will receive half the admission price of the general admission price.

Handle-type electric wheelchair
Electric wheelchairs with handles (senior cars) are not permitted inside the venue.
About assistance dogs
Assistance dogs such as guide dogs are allowed.
About AEDs
There are two stations in the building (in front of the elevator on the 6th floor and in the first aid room on the 5th floor).

- To protect the wildlife, please refrain from using flash photography inside the museum.
- To prevent accidents within the museum, we reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors carrying large (long) luggage or other items that the museum deems inappropriate.
- Pets are not permitted inside the venue. However, assistance dogs such as guide dogs are permitted.
- Please use the facility for taking photos and videos for personal enjoyment only. Commercial photography is prohibited.
- Admission times may be changed to reduce congestion.
- We will no longer issue handwritten receipts. Customers who require a receipt will be issued a receipt-type receipt at the register. It is not possible to combine multiple receipts into one receipt, to split one receipt into multiple receipts, or to issue a receipt with a different amount than the total amount on one receipt.
